Using the high zinc content epoxy powder and a standard polyester powder for a top coat we can effectively give your product a coating that will not only look great but have protection from rust as well.

Assuring the steel is blasted to the correct standard, we can then apply a coat of high content zinc powder, followed by a polyester powder.  These two coatings will then bond together during the curing process to create a hard, chip resistant and rust proof coating that is all done under the one roof.

Using this process will not only save you time in the travel department by only having to take your product to one place, but also from not having to spend endless hours smoothing out a galvanized product before you take it for coating. Because of the abrasive blasting and having two coats, this makes the finished product look very smooth, with no dags or steel blemishes.
